Environmental Issues:
- Rain Days: April 2 (0.57” avg), April 13 (3.53” avg). Total of 4.10 inches of rain this month. During the short duration but very intense rain event that occurred on April 13, turbidity issues triggered water releases above permit limits at outfalls 30, 31, and 32 resulting in Non-Compliant conditions (defined as greater than 50 ntu above background). A Notice of Upset Condition filed with ADEM and damaged BMPs were repaired within 7 days.
